Set the Status for an Appointment

This section allows you to set the required status on your website such as available, limited or unavailable for an appointment.

Client can schedule an appointment only if your status is available or limited.

If you are unavailable, client can specify the email ID on which one will be notified, when your status returns to Available or Limited.

Available Status

Select the available option and click on Save button. You can also specify the message in available message field such as Hello I am available to take an appointment.

Limited Status

Select the limited option and click on Save button. You can also specify the message in limited message field. 

Unavailable

Select the unavailable option and click on Save button. Client will not be able to schedule an appointment. The Unavailable button will be available in red color as below.

Place the mouse pointer on Unavailable button. Client can see an option to write the email address on which one wants to receive notification when your status will be returned to Available or Limited.
