Add New User

A user is a member of the account owner's team. The admin of the account can invite one or more users to one’s account. You can also call these users as team members. The tickets created by one user are seen to all other users also in their respective account.

Each user of the account can add one or more tickets and assign these tickets to other user.

Click on Users option available in the left sidebar as below.

When you click on Users option first time in your account, by default, the account owner is available as a user.

Click on Invite new user button available at the top right side of the page.

The Invite new user page appears as below.

  • Write the full name of user
  • Write the email ID of the user on which you want to send invitation to the user

Click on Send invitation button.

The invitation is sent on the user’s email ID. The user’s status is available as pending till the user accepts the invitation.

While assigning the user for any ticket, you can see the list of only those users who are active in your account. (Please see Choose assignee for detailed instructions.)

Note: You cannot assign the user whose status is pending.
