To create more accounts, you need to signup with SupportYard again with same email ID. When you successfully logged in with SupportYard, the page appears as below.
In Merge account section, write the name of new account. You can see your email ID and password by default. Click on Merge my account button.
After the account is created, you can see new account on homepage as below.
For each account, you can create new ticket; manage tickets, users and settings. You can see the same workflow environment for each account.
Select the account and perform required actions.
