Update Personal Settings

You can define the settings such as for personal details, for mailbox, and for account name.

Select Settings from left sidebar and the following page appears.

 

Personal settings

  • In Fullname, you can see the name.
  • In Password, you can click on the link to change your account password.
  • In Email signature, you can write your email signatures.
  • In Notification email, write the email ID on which you want to receive any notification.
  • In Notifications, select the checkbox, if you want to receive an email whenever any new ticket is generated.

Click on Update button to save the changes.
