You can define the settings such as for personal details, for mailbox, and for account name.
Select Settings from left sidebar and the following page appears.
You can see the support name, and the support email that you have specified while creating a new account.
Select the checkbox I want to use another email for my support link, to change the support email.
Write the new support email, and you can see the preview of how it looks when the email is sent to any contact.
Autorespond text: Write the text that you want users see on receiving a new ticket.
Click on Update button to save the changes.
