Filter Tickets

You can see the different filters available at the top right side of the page, to filter the tickets, as below.

 

  • By status: Select the status of the ticket and the result appears.
  • By assignee user: Select the user to whom you have assigned the ticket and the result appears.
  • By tags: Select one or more tags or All tags option and the result appears.
